A favourite at our community meal

One of our most popular lunches to date - an Ottolenghi inspired cous-cous salad spiced with Ras el Hanout, which has become a regular fixture at our community meals after making it at our cooking club. It’s delicious and nutritious as well as being quick and simple to make. Win win! Here we served it with a little feta cheese on the side.
