December 10 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 4:30pm on Monday, repeating until December 17, 2018
At Woodcraft Folk we believe passionately in equality and co-operation: everyone is welcome and we’d love to see you at our Garnethill Elfins group.
Come along on Monday after school and join us for crafts, nature, games, songs and outdoor fun!
We do a whole range of exciting activities, in line with our ethos of equality, friendship, peace, and cooperation. This year we’ve made dreamcatchers, built a bonfire, played lots of games, decorated notebooks, created our own beautiful banner and made lots of friends.
We meet after school on Mondays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm at the Garnethill Multicultural Centre on Rose Street.
Our aim is to have fun, but also to try to develop children’s self-confidence and build their awareness of society and the environment.
This group is aimed at children aged 6-9 and their older siblings. Parents are also welcome to get involved and join our sessions!
The cost is £2 per child per session (discount for siblings) and free to asylum seekers and refugees.
Come along for a taster or find out more by getting in touch with us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or facebook.com/garnethillelfins
